Mark has earned the prestigious Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the nationally accredited National Strength and Conditioning Association.  A 1997 graduate of Muhlenberg College, Mark is a lifelong athlete, and fitness expert.  In his years in the fitness industry, this renegade has blazed a new trail with the fitness programs offered to clients.

“Traditional exercise programs have no real world functional value,” Mark says.  “Most of the programs out there are based on body building regiments from the 60’s and 70’s.  If your goal is to grow big muscles and to hell with anything else, then that might work for you.  But most of my clients, and 99 percent of the population wants to lose weight, feel better about themselves, and perform at a better level than they currently do.  They want their backs to feel better, they want to run a local 5K, they want to be able to keep up with their kids and their hectic daily lifestyles.  That is what my programs are tailored to achieve.”

Mark is well known and respected in the Northern NJ area.  His clients have come from all walks of life, but his specialties are fat loss, circuit training boot camps, and training clients with low back pain.  He established Dynamic Personal Training in 2003 with one goal in mind:  cut through the BS, and get people results.

Melanie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Registered Yoga Teacher at several locations in Northern New Jersey. CSCS is the only strength training and conditioning certification to be nationally accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and has been nationally accredited since 1993. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train people for the primary goal of improving performance.

Melanie specializes in working with pre- and post-natal women.  This assists them in having less discomfort and physically prepares the mother for the challenges of labor.  Postnatal workouts help new moms return to their pre-pregnancy bodies as well as quicken their recovery from pregnancy, preparing the body for future pregnancies.  Taught personally by Julie Tupler, R.N., Childbirth Educator, Author, and Founder of maternal- fitness , Melanie’s prenatal workouts are consistent with the recommendation guidelines published by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).  In addition, she has built a solid reputation by working with middle-age women as they approach and experience the challenges and changes due to Menopause and Osteoporosis.

To round out her extensive knowledge base, Melanie is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with the Yoga Alliance, and a graduate of the prestigious YogaWorks 200-Hour Teacher Training.  Established in 1987, YogaWorks’ founders came together from different parts of the world, and from different yoga disciplines.   YogaWorks’ premier Teacher Training program is credited by many as laying the foundation for yoga in the U.S.   Many of the most respected yoga teachers in the U.S. today, including Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Saul David Raye, Max Strom and Natasha Rizopoulos have all trained with YogaWorks.
